The Edible Museum : What’s Up Paris

Country: France

Year: 2015

This competition took place on Urban land facing the Eiffel Tower, aimed at fostering connections among people and reducing screen time. Our proposal involves creating an interactive sensory museum, offering diverse experiences that change with the seasons. The museum's design interacts with the surrounding city, remaining open in the spring and milder seasons while connecting to the cityscape even in winter. Accessible from all five sides or from ground level, indoor features include experimental farms to engage with food and agricultural practices. Visitors can harvest food with their children, partake in cooking experiences, interact with farm animals, and engage in composting activities, fostering a deeper connection with nature and sustainability.
